Something unusual is happening in Russia: intercontinental ballistic missile transporters have come out of storage.
Russia has repeatedly warned that the use of Western-supplied missiles requires interaction with Western satellites. Ukraine has no satellites. If it uses these missiles, then the West becomes an active participant in the fighting, against which Russia can intervene.
Ukraine recently hit Taganrog with US ATACMS. Subsequently, Russia has punished Ukraine with at least 93 missiles and more than 200 drones. Immediately thereafter, Russian missile regiments began leaving their permanent deployment sites.
